Introduction: 1-Methyl-4-bromopyrazole is a colorless or light yellow liquid at room temperature and pressure. It can be used as an organic synthesis intermediate. It has good solubility in common organic solvents such as ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, dimethyl sulfoxide, and N,N-dimethylformamide, but poor solubility in water.

Application: 1-Methyl-4-bromopyrazole is a common organic synthesis intermediate. The bromine atom in the structure can introduce a boron unit through borylation reaction, and then the product can be derivatized and converted accordingly with the help of the diverse reactivity of the boron unit; in addition, the bromine atom itself can also directly participate in Suzuki coupling, connecting an aromatic group to the skeleton of pyrazole.
